Bayelsa Fisher Man Caught 10 Sharks In a Day While Using Dolphin As Bait

A fisherman in Foropa Community in South Ijaw LGA, Bayelsa State caught over 10 Sharks in one day using a dolphin at bait.

When approched the fisher man by media reporter, he gives narration on how he was able to caught 10 sharks in a day, he said is only an experience fisher man will make it happen.

The picture was shared by a Bayelsa based facebook user, reaction treil on the social media, Some People  condemned it saying it’s only in an insane society such things happens but another said they do it in Japan and no one is calling them Insane Society

Another Facebook user said even if Nigerians don’t catch them the Chinese. with their big trawlers have been fishing them of Nigeria waters for years.

Another comment ask Why did he have to use the dolphin as bait though? 

That iis why a nation needs responsible government, not the touts Nigerians keep hiring to guard them, who sell even the knickers from under the people at the end of it all. 

Another user also comment that The Japanese get a lot of criticism and grief from the rest of the world over their shark fishing. Right now, they are only allowed to hunt for sharks for ‘scientific purposes’. Not for commercial purposes..by the relevant global agencies. And even then there are many countries who would love to see the approved hunts stopped.
